We only deliver in Metropolitan France (Corsica included), Belgium and Luxembourg..

1. Delivery and returns

Standard shipping is usually carried out the same day if payment of the order is made before 9:30 a.m. or the next day if not to the delivery address specified in the order.
Orders placed during Saturday, Sunday or holidays are delivered within the same timeframe from the 1st following working day.

The delivery period may be extended in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseeable manufacturing disruptions, administrative intervention, delay in transport or customs clearance, damage to transport, defect in manufacturing parts or labor disputes.

The availability indicated on the site is indicative and does not guarantee the allocation of your order. our packages are sent via colissimo post (48H). In most cases, we are able to provide you with a tracking number on request and upon shipment of the package, allowing you to track the shipment on the carrier's site.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

We ship to Belgium, mainland France (only) and Luxembourg.

The average time observed is 48 hours for France.

2.Complaints for non-compliance or damage

Any complaint for nonconformity or missing product on delivery must be imperatively indicated to the transporter at the delivery and transmitted to lespiecesautos.com, with a copy of the reservations made to the transporter, within 48 hours of the signing of the delivery.

The reservations at the time of delivery must be precise and complete as to the nature of the apparent damage to the packaging and to the condition of the goods (reservations on damage and number of missing parts / damage to the goods). It is imperative to check all products upon receipt. The anomaly noted must be clearly written and relate mainly to the goods and not exclusively to the packaging.

Reservations must be written on the delivery receipt before the driver, who is entitled to issue counter reservations. It is in your interest to refuse the goods, if the driver opposes your right of reservation.

Do not accept visibly very damaged packages. Refuse the damaged package (s) and fill in the delivery receipt or refuse the delivery as a whole. Late complaints can in no case be taken into account and the customer's responsibility is only then and fully engaged.
